Aced Board Exams ("we", "us") operates acedboardexams.com and sells digital board-exam preparation content. Contact: support@acedboardexams.com.
Our order process and payments are handled by Stripe, our payment processor. For orders where Stripe's end-to-end compliance handling applies, Stripe is the Merchant of Record, handles billing-related customer service and returns, and collects and remits applicable taxes. Card statements for those orders may show LINK.COM* alongside Aced Board Exams.
Each purchase grants one individual, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the purchased question bank for 120 days (4 months) from the date of purchase. Access is renewed by making a new purchase with the same login. Accounts are personal — sharing credentials, reselling, or granting access to others is prohibited.
All content, software, branding, and question material on the service is owned by Aced Board Exams or its licensors and is protected by copyright. No rights are transferred to you other than the limited licence described above.
We may suspend or terminate an account immediately, without refund, for breach of these terms, including credential sharing, content redistribution, fraud, or chargeback abuse. You may stop using the service at any time.
Our content is study material only. We are not affiliated with NCSBN, AANP, ANCC, or PNCB, and we do not control or guarantee any licensing exam outcome. Marketing statements about student success describe past reported results, not a promise of your result.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the seller is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
