You may request a full refund of any question bank purchase within 30 days of the date of purchase. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Email support@acedboardexams.com from the address on your account, including your order reference from your receipt. Payments are processed by Stripe, and approved refunds are returned automatically to your original payment method. We respond to refund requests within 2 business days.
When a refund is issued, access to the refunded question bank ends. Your account and saved progress remain, and you can repurchase at any time.
Refunds may be declined after the 30-day window, or where an account has breached our Terms & Conditions — for example credential sharing, bulk downloading, or redistribution of content. Statutory rights, including any mandatory cancellation right in your country, are unaffected by this policy.
Duplicate charges and accidental purchases are refunded in full on request, regardless of the 30-day window.
